A Cheater’s Guide to Baby Sleep Training
{Fast and Furious Sleeping Techniques}
I am anti-cheater 99.9% of the time. (After all, I homeschool.)

Peacefully snoozing, with his little lovey bear.
But when it comes to baby sleep training, that little .1% cheater takes over.
That’s when I throw out the shoulda woulda couldas and wrap myself in a 35-foot roll of cheats like this guy.
I mean, we’re talking sleep here.
Without sleep, we humans quickly degenerate into drooling zombies.
So I guess, in this case, my anti-zombie policy is a little stronger than my anti-cheating policy.
My goal here is to help you train your baby to sleep well for you, consistently, and as soon as possible.
It’s a worthy cause. Does the ends (sleeping peacefully) justify the means (using sample schedules)?
HECK YEAH.
Catching the Rhythm of Your Infant’s Life
As your infant grows, you’re going to start notice a rhythm of daily life. She will start following a pattern of eating, playing and sleeping.
The easiest way to set up a baby sleep schedule is to harness that rhythm and tweak it softly for a predictable routine.
One more thing, you’re going to need to write down times, so you can look forward and think “she’ll be hungry again at around 10:00″ etc. This will make it MUCH easier to catch her baby cues.
Trust me, you’re NOT going to remember when he ate last…or what time you put him down. Grab the back of a receipt or something and jot down those times.
